Infiltration/Inflow Remediation Management Services
Many utilites do not have staff available to dedicate to I/I program development and implementation. White Rock Consultants can provide services that include a wide range of requirements on all aspects of infiltration/inflow reduction services including;
  • I/I Master Planning – The control of I/I is a continuing process of defect location and removal. Before that process begins a utility needs a multi-year strategy that prioritizes what areas of the collection system are most critical, what types of projects and services are needed, costs for source detection and remediation, and what benchmarks are needed to measure the effectiveness of the program

  • Assistance with In-House I/I programs – We help you by providing expertise in developing a scope of work, providing data management including forms and data entry, analysis of data, and  final report preparation.  Our level of assistance matches your level of need. Services may include;
    • Training of staff
    • Development of field forms and data entry
    • Data analysis and Reports
  • Integration of existing I/I data and reports – Many utilities find a wealth of information is available from existing sources but needs to be retrofitted and consolidated into a single database. Standard descriptions and recommendations bring all the data sources together, and the data and results are presented in ArcView GIS. Much of the existing data can be used as a starting point for C-MOMS program development.
  • Review of TV inspection video and recommendations - We have years of experience in reviewing TV inspection data and providing recommendations for rehabilitation or follow-up activities. Review process can include retrofitting of coding into the codes used by the client or into the industry standard PACP.
